Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Principal with deep market access expertise to lead client engagements and grow revenue. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage teams, and shape innovative approaches to market access challenges.

Preferred candidates bring 10+ years in life sciences consulting, a track record of business development, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in life sciences consulting and/or biopharma with business development and client ownership.
• Demonstrated market access expertise including pricing, reimbursement, and launch planning.
• Strong track record of originating and closing new work and expanding accounts.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership and people development experience.
• Willingness to travel ~10–20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders as trusted advisor.
• Own and grow client accounts, generating revenue and meeting revenue targets.
• Oversee delivery quality, client satisfaction, and project profitability.
• Originate, bid, and close new business opportunities across clients.
• Lead proposal development, shaping scope and pricing for growth.
• Guide teams to deliver clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Shape firm strategy and practice area growth in market access.
