Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Principal in its Market Access practice to partner directly with biopharma clients, delivering strategy, pricing, reimbursement, and launch/access planning. You will lead multiple engagements, manage teams, and own revenue growth while shaping firm capabilities and client outcomes.

The role emphasizes thought leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing business development to maintain a healthy pipeline and competitive market position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of life sciences consulting and/or biopharma market access experience with track record of revenue generation.
• Proven ability to originate, expand, and close client work and manage senior client relationships.
• Strong leadership, project management, and people development skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Own and grow client accounts, driving revenue and meeting annual targets.
