Qualificações

• 6–7+ years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or life sciences
• Advanced degree or educational experience highly desired
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and quantitative skills
• Strong desire to learn about evolving healthcare industry
• Strong project and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel ~20%

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance to project teams and leadership using strong analytical thinking and content knowledge
• Review analyses and outputs for accuracy and alignment with client questions
• Own the development of high-quality, well-organized content and serve as final reviewer
• Synthesize findings into actionable implications and tailored recommendations
• Coach teams on slide creation, storyboarding, and executive-ready deliverables
• Supervise day-to-day operations and brainstorm strategic opportunities
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and learning initiatives
• Develop junior team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
• Foster an inclusive, growth-focused team culture
