Job summary

BGBx Consulting is seeking a Principal to lead engagements from start to finish, balancing project delivery, team oversight, and business development. You will guide strategic analyses and craft client-ready presentations for Global 500 healthcare clients across strategy, market assessment, due diligence, GTM, and product commercialization.

The role emphasizes senior leadership engagement, practice planning, and building new client relationships, with hybrid work from DC, Boston, or NYC offices

Qualifications

• BA/BS from a top university or college is required
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related discipline preferred
• 5-7 years of consulting experience at a top healthcare consulting firm
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and draw conclusions
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Balance project management, delivery, and business development responsibilities
• Serve as strategy and thought partner to clients and senior officers
• Analyze research and client information to develop conclusions and recommendations
• Prepare client-ready presentations and deliver effective business presentations
• Contribute thought leadership for business development with existing and new clients
• Develop and scope proposals for new projects with senior leadership
• Engage in practice planning discussions including strategy and marketing discussions
