Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Program Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to a small team of 1–2 resources responsible for day-to-day administrative and reporting details of assigned projects.
• Oversee program scope, milestones, and executive expectations across departments.
• Develop clear, detailed program plans to keep initiatives on time and within budget.
• Coach the team and outline milestones, responsibilities, and tracking routines.
• Coordinate regular status updates to stakeholders and project team.
• Travel to ships, shipyards, and vendor facilities as needed (≤25%).
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
