Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Senior Maritime Engineer with active Secret clearance to support Navy and DoD maritime programs. The role involves engineering across planning, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex maritime systems for U.S.

Navy customers. The candidate will interface with government customers and multidisciplinary teams to translate operational needs into executable engineering solutions, travel to Navy installations and shipyards as required, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional engineering experience supporting U.S. Navy, NAVSEA, NAVFAC, NSWC, NUWC, or other Navy/DoD maritime programs.
• Significant experience in maritime, naval, ocean, waterfront, vessel, undersea, or marine engineering efforts.
• Strong ability to interpret technical data, documentation, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for U.S. Navy maritime, waterfront, and ocean engineering programs and projects.
• Support planning, design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of maritime systems and equipment.
• Develop and review engineering designs, analyses, plans, and technical deliverables.
