Job summary

Vigor Marine LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ship repair projects with full authority over profits and losses. You will interface with customers, manage labor and materials, and ensure timely, profitable project closure while maintaining safety and quality standards across multi‑phase shipyard work.

The role requires a BS in a technical discipline and at least five years of PM experience in ship repair, with demonstrated ability to plan, negotiate, and coordinate diverse teams

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressively more complex ship repair and production knowledge.
• Minimum five years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, direct, and reconcile project billing to ensure profitability.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage changes in scope and price.
• Coordinate production activities and supervise project personnel.
• Monitor safety and environmental concerns on site.
• Prepare management reports on progress, costs, and productivity.
