Job summary

Mach10 Solutions is seeking a seasoned Marine Project Manager to direct a range of initiatives including vessel maintenance, shipyard operations, marine construction, and waterfront fabrication. Lead full lifecycle projects with emphasis on safety, cost control, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ship repair or marine infrastructure, plus strong leadership and organizational skills for complex operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marine/shipyard/industrial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of vessel systems and repair workflows.
• Proven ability to lead teams while managing schedules and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Experience with contracts and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple marine and shipyard projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans for projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to improve efficiency.
• Review contracts, blueprints, and project specifications.
