Job summary

Vigor Marine Group is seeking a Ship Repair Project Manager to coordinate and supervise vessel repair projects across our shipyards. You will plan, schedule, and lead production activities, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage resources, track costs, and communicate progress to customers and management while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 4–6 years in ship repair and production management.
• Knowledge of ship repair techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, write reports, and communicate with managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily/weekly production on ship repair contracts.
• Coordinate tasks among customers, admins, and craft workers; adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure workmanship meets specifications and repair timelines.
• Maintain records, monitor costs, and report progress and changes.
