Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a Senior Business Manager to oversee invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting for large yacht service projects. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers, customers, and the Controller to ensure timely, accurate invoices and strong cash flow.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of accounting experience, a preference for an accounting degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting for large projects.
• Ability to prepare and present project budgets and cost analyses.
• Proficient with MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope with Project Manager to understand requirements.
• Meet with customer contacts at job start to establish communication.
• Set up initial work orders and generate weekly invoices.
• Analyze invoicing accuracy and labor/material variances before invoicing customers.
• Finalize invoices after project changes and coordinate with Project Manager.
• Provide bi-weekly cash forecast to Controller.
• Identify improvements for business processes.
