Job summary

Insightful Talent LLC is seeking a Sr. Business Manager to join our client, a major marina owner and operator, in Savannah, GA.

You will bridge customer-facing billing support with internal coordination across account management, contractor compliance, and leadership to keep daily operations moving smoothly. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in accounting, some customer service experience, and a 4-year degree in Business/Accounting/Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of accounting experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Marine or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• 4-year degree in Business/Accounting/Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk in customers with billing questions and payment processing.
• Prepare invoices, processing payments, and account reconciliation.
• Provide operational support to General Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with Contractor Compliance regarding facility access fees and invoice accuracy.
• Support Account Managers with account questions or discrepancies.
• Work daily on Accounts Receivable to collect outstanding customer balances.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from customers and vendors.
• Effectively communicating with personnel, member, and co-workers via email, over the telephone, and /or in person.

Insightful Talent is supporting one of the largest owners and operators of marinas in the world on their search for a Sr. Business Manager to join their team. The Sr. Business Manager is central to the day-to-day operation bridging customer-facing billing support with internal coordination across account management, contractor compliance, and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Specific functions of the position are as follows:
