Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field.
• 2–4 years engineering experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own test systems from concept through production use and sustainment in a manufacturing environment.
• Design and validate electrical and mechanical manufacturing test solutions and tooling.
• Implement custom test hardware and fixtures using PCBs and NI DAQ systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment, sensors, and test software across multiple disciplines.
• Analyze test data to identify failure modes and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test requirements and documentation.
