Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Test Engineer to strengthen our automated manufacturing test systems across development, NPI, and production. You will own test strategy, drive architecture improvements, and sustain test platforms at multiple sites including Ohio.

The role requires extensive LabVIEW development, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing test strategy and coverage across product development, NPI, and production.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing test architecture, automation, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
• Design, integrate, troubleshoot, and sustain automated manufacturing test systems (instrumentation, fixtures, software).
• Serve as the primary Product Test Engineering representative at the Ohio manufacturing site and support operations.
• Prioritize, manage, and execute multiple manufacturing test initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead manufacturing test deployments, factory bring-up, and sustainment activities at internal and contract sites.
• Mentor technicians and guide future Product Test Engineers as the Ohio team grows.
