Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Software Engineer to lead the migration of legacy LabVIEW test capabilities to Python-based environments. You will own end-to-end test automation on the factory floor, collaborating with product software and firmware teams to embed testability into hardware products.

You will build reusable test infrastructure, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and ensure data-driven visibility through dashboards and SPC.

Qualifications

• Mission-driven: own the quality of code shipped to test line.
• BS in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in test automation software.
• Proficiency in Python and LabVIEW with API integration.
• Experience integrating localized hardware scripts with centralized enterprise systems.
• Driver software for lab/production equipment (oscilloscopes, DAQs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deploy bulletproof, repeatable automated test software to the production floor.
• Bridge LabVIEW to Python by building integration layers and APIs.
• Collaborate with centralized SW teams to adopt standardized test frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Build real-time test dashboards and SPC to monitor parameter drift and yield.
• Design test interfaces and built-in self-test routines within product firmware.
• Develop reusable test infrastructure and maintain hardware interaction libraries.
