Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to ensure testing meets stringent standards and throughput requirements. The role focuses on automation, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration on the Ashville, OH site with a multi-month training program across Santa Ana, CA and Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical/test engineering, hands-on troubleshooting, and experience with MES and TES. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, Python, and NixOS.
• Experience with electronics test equipment and data acquisition sensors.
• Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware.
• Hands-on system troubleshooting experience.
• Familiar with PLM, MES, and TES systems.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Own production test activities and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream.
• Improve automation, throughput, and test coverage.
• Train technicians on equipment use and MES processes.
• Develop library of common failure modes and RCCA.
• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams for improvements.
• Support continuous improvement in testing processes.
