Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to ensure stringent testing standards and efficient throughput on the production line. You will own test stations from design to deployment, driving automation, user interfaces, and data analytics to ship high-quality systems.

You will lead the full test lifecycle, define requirements, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience spanning test development, test requirements definition, test plan creation, and station/tester build.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in testing PCBA/electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full test lifecycle for assigned products, from early test planning through tester development and deployment.
• Define what needs to be tested by deriving test requirements from system design and collaborating with design engineers.
• Develop new test stations from the ground up and integrate them into the production line.
• Author test plans, build/test sequences, and acceptance criteria for new products.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system checkouts to component validation.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to enhance automation, consistency, and test coverage.
