Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking a Software and Test Engineer to ensure quality and reliability through rigorous testing.

You will develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements across manufacturing sites and HQ in Raleigh, NC on a hybrid schedule. You will work with SQL Server, C#, Phyton, and Visual Basic to create and maintain automated tests, and will travel ~10% to contract manufacturing sites in the USA and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as testing engineer at manufacturing sites.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, C#, Phyton, and Visual Basic.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with firmware download and flashing microprocessors.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and tools.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Database & server management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining Computers and Servers.
• Willingness to travel to contract manufacturing sites as required. ( ~ 10% )

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test programs and test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated test programs and tools using SQL Server, C#, Phyton, and Visual Basic.
• Oversee testing activities at manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Deploy and validate test equipment at the different manufacturing sites in USA, Mexico
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product and yield improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
