Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a manufacturing engineering professional to drive process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and support new product introductions for high-quality, efficient manufacturing. Responsibilities include process development, validation, tooling decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and lean implementations.

Requires an associate degree in a technical field and at least 5 years in manufacturing engineering or technician roles; CAD/SPC/MES experience

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or completion of a machining apprentice program
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing technician roles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies
Proficiency with CAD software, SPC, and root cause analysis techniques
Experience with MES and Lean Manufacturing principles

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing engineering activities including process development, validation, and improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues to ensure product quality and production efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and manufacturing scale-up
Write programs for new parts and modify programs for existing parts to improve machining
Selection of tooling for machining and fixtures/gauging for inspection
