Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electronic hardware design and development.
• Experience with analog, digital & RF circuit design.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
• Proficient in using simulation and modeling tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to contract manufacturing or Honeywell sites (~15%).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced electronic hardware solutions for test equipment.
• Define test equipment requirements and specifications with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate new technologies for hardware development.
• Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
