Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Test Engineer II to support production, service, and development programs by maintaining and improving test equipment and stations. You will collaborate across hardware and software teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective fixes, ensuring test operations stay reliable and efficient.

You will work on legacy and new test systems, upgrade platforms, and document actions while supporting production with priority problem solving and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting production test equipment, test stations, simulators, or related electronic systems.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop practical, reliable solutions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and communicating technical information clearly to engineers and technicians.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple support requests, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Strong documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain legacy Surface test stations, ensuring equipment remains operational.
• Set up and improve vibration display board systems for central control of multiple test stations.
• Restore and maintain legacy simulators to provide reliable production backup.
• Support Customer Service Center with testing methods for Return Goods.
• Collaborate with PR Software Team to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
• Upgrade Test Stations to newer Windows Versions.
• Troubleshoot units, test stations, and rate tables for production support.
• Assist with calibration tracking and improve equipment visibility and readiness.
• Document troubleshooting activities and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with technicians, software engineers, and production to resolve test issues.
