Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development.
• Practical experience with engineering equipment (test chambers, data acquisition systems, digital multimeters).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to product testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing activities for assigned projects.
• Develop and implement advanced test plans to validate performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to define test requirements.
• Lead efforts to automate testing and improve test equipment and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance to test technicians.
