Qualifications

• Full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience recruiting across multiple sites or business units.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned manufacturing business units and plants.
• Partner with HR and Operations to develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and operations roles.

Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Manufacturing Operations and serves as the strategic recruiting partner for an assigned manufacturing Business Units. Based in Chicago, this role leads hourly recruitment initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations while partnering with HR, Operations, and business leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies that support business objectives.

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across an assigned portfolio of manufacturing business units and plant locations.
• Partner with HR and Operations leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and critical operations roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing labor market insights, recruiting recommendations, and interview best practices.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring performance, pipeline health, and key recruiting KPIs.
• Partner with Employer Brand to support targeted recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal and external recruiting partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Support strategic talent initiatives including technical trades, military recruiting, early career talent, and workforce development programs.

Recipe for Success

• Experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, preferably supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or high-volume recruiting.
• Experience managing recruiting across multiple business units or locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with Workday, Eightfold or other ATS and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

New Hire Base Salary Range

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
