Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, finance, HR or related field with business impact.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience with Workday, Power BI and/or Tableau, Nielsen/IRI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and plan the BU's 3-year workforce & talent strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead annual people planning and translate strategy into a 1-year roadmap with milestones.
• Drive organizational design, talent management, change management and culture development.
• Partner with HRBPs to enhance organizational effectiveness and deliver decision-grade insights on key metrics.
