Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor’s + 6 months manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Associate’s + 2 years manufacturing experience.
• High school/GED + 4 years manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex manufacturing processes and systems.
• Enter data into LMES and Maximo, ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Inspire team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Seek and implement feedback to enhance line performance.
