Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with required years of packaging engineering experience as listed in Basic Qualifications.
• Experience in packaging engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, product development, device or combination product development, clinical supply, or regulated technical operations.
• Knowledge of cGMP, change control, qualification, validation, and regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own technical deliverables for assigned projects within packaging engineering.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve packaging platforms and configurations.
• Lead or support qualification activities, test protocols, engineering reports, and change controls.
• Support technology transfers from clinical to commercial and site to site for packaging configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver compliant and scalable packaging solutions.
• Establish priorities, manage project plans and dashboards, and drive work to completion.
