RTX Corporation, based in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Sr. Principal Systems Integration Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex manufacturing capability deployment projects across the CGO portfolio.

You will oversee readiness activities, project baselines, and go-live coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. Ideal candidate has 10+ years in program/project management within manufacturing/industrial settings, with PMP preferred, Lean mindset, and experience with

Competenze

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Program/Project Management in manufacturing, engineering, industrial environments, or production-system deployment.
• Experience leading a team or project.

Mansioni

• Lead planning and execution of multi-disciplinary manufacturing integration and capacity-creation projects across CGO programs.
• Oversee baselines including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and opportunities using EVMS and PM processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, quality, test, DT, supply chain, and facilities.
