RTX’s I4.0 program seeks a Sr Engineer Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects focused on digital and cyber-physical factory automation. This onsite role in Tucson includes travel and close collaboration with multiple business units to deliver on-time, on-budget initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement across leadership levels, with competitive benefits and a clear path for advancement within RTX’s aerospace and defense ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Experience working as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment ideally in a government contractor corporation.
• Experience with project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets.
• Experience with working with suppliers.
• Experience with effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organization.
