Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead large, complex manufacturing initiatives with strategic execution, cross-functional leadership, and strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality outcomes. You will own financials, schedules, and risk mitigation across programs, mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement across TAS manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from a four-year program.
• Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement training preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and blueprint/P&ID interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex manufacturing projects.
• Define execution strategy including labor planning and risk mitigation.
• Own project/program financial and schedule performance (CPI/SPI, ETC/EAC).
• Mentor OPM I and II and promote best practices.
• Drive scalability and efficiency across TAS manufacturing operations.
