A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to lead capital and expansion projects within a large manufacturing facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and expansion projects from initial scope development through completion.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and detailed project plans.
• Coordinate internal resources, manufacturing teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project performance, schedules, costs, resources, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee and guide project and manufacturing engineers involved in assigned projects.
• Ensure appropriate resources are available and allocated throughout the project.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and elevate issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
