Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-based unit of Comfort Systems USA, seeks a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead high-value manufacturing projects across fabrication, assembly, test, and shipment. You will drive execution strategy, manage costs and schedules, and mentor OPM teams to optimize performance across multiple programs.

The role focuses on risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and standardization within TAS manufacturing operations, with opportunities to influence enterprise-wide process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong leadership and program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex manufacturing projects and programs.
• Own project and program-level financial and schedule performance, including forecasts.
• Mentor and guide OPM I and OPM II team members to ensure consistent execution practices.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures and risk registers.
