Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager I to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products. The role coordinates Manufacturing, Engineering, PM and Purchasing, verifying that drawings, BOMs, WOs and materials are ready and accurate throughout manufacturing.

You will support shop-floor scheduling, production resource management, and process improvements while interfacing with outside vendors and sub-contractors as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related role in heavy manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Fabrication, Welding & Assembly processes.
  • Experience in developing & monitoring Labor Budgets, ETC / EAC for projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and BOM/work order monitoring in an MRP system.
  • High proficiency in Blue Print reading and P&ID interpretation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Production / Project Execution Plan to meet delivery schedules.
  • Verify drawings, BOMs, work orders, and material availability during manufacturing.
  • Participate in labor forecast planning and manufacturing strategy development.
  • Maintain balanced shop workload and track progress against schedules.
  • Coordinate with EPC Scheduler, Manufacturing, Engineering, PM, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics.
  • Expedite work as needed to maintain schedule deliverables.
