Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement training strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex manufacturing projects and programs.
• Define and drive execution strategy including labor planning and capacity management.
• Serve as primary Operations authority for assigned projects impacting cost, schedule, and quality.
• Translate business strategy into executable operational plans across fabrication, assembly, test, and shipment.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structure for projects.
