Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Georgia seeks a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead large, complex manufacturing programs, driving strategic execution and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own financial and schedule performance, mentor junior staff, and push continuous improvement across fabrication, assembly, test, and shipment. Strong ERP/MRP and modular manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or project execution within heavy/industrial environments.
• Proven success leading large, complex, or high-risk projects or programs.
• Strong track record of financial and schedule ownership across multiple projects.
• Experience mentoring or leading other project or operations professionals.
• Advanced ERP/MRP proficiency and strong blueprint and P&ID interpretation.
• Familiarity with Fabrication, Welding & Assembly processes.
• Prior experience in modular manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex, or high-risk manufacturing projects and programs with alignment to objectives.
• Define and drive execution strategy including labor planning, capacity management, sequencing and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary Operations authority for assigned projects, making independent decisions affecting cost, schedule, quality, and customer commitments.
• Translate business strategy, demand forecasts, and backlog into executable operational plans across fabrication, assembly, test, and shipment phases.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structure for projects.
• Own project and program-level financial and schedule performance, including CPI/SPI, ETC/EAC forecasting.
• Develop and execute recovery strategies for variances and provide executive-level reporting and analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Planning.
• Mentor OPM I/II staff and drive best-practice execution.
• Drive alignment between shop-floor realities and customer expectations.
• Proactively identify systemic execution risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of OPM tools and dashboards.
