Job summary

Celestica in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design, develop, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes for electronics assemblies, aiming to improve quality, cost and delivery for Celestica and customer products.

You will lead process development for back-end EMS, drive NPI, implement DFx, optimize cost, and manage control plans, PFMEA and ECO/ECN administration across final assembly lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Process Engineering in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing final assembly processes for power modules, enclosures, and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and release of full manufacturing processes for new customer products.
• Develop, plan and lead assessments of process capabilities using DOE.
• Create SOPs, BOMs and work instructions for final electro-mechanical assembly.
