Job summary

Celestica, Inc. seeks a Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes for customer products in a high-growth environment.

You will lead process development, release full manufacturing processes for new products, and apply DFX/DOE to reduce cost and improve reliability across the manufacturing stack. Strong collaboration with teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Lead development and release of full manufacturing processes for new customer products.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFX) tools and processes to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Plan and lead capability assessments using Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Develop process controls and data collection strategies; analyze data to identify root causes.
