Qualifications

• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and apply DOE techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Lead development and release of full manufacturing processes for new products.
• Develop feedback using Design of Experiments to improve quality and reliability.
• Lead capability assessments and establish data-driven process controls.
