Celestica in Richardson, TX is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer - Manufacturing Process to design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new customer products, aligning with quality cost and delivery goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer roadmaps into scalable processes, and drive improvements using DOE, DFX and advanced manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and improve reliability.

Qualifications

4 to 6 years in a similar role or industry.
Leadership and project management aligned with Celestica imperatives.
Experience with DOE/DFM- DFx and lean manufacturing methodology.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Understand and implement the customer’s technical roadmap and related process development projects.
Lead development and release of the full manufacturing process for new customer products.
Develop and implement costed feedback using Design for manufacturability (DFX) to reduce cost and improve quality.
Plan and lead the assessment of process capability using Design of Experiments (DOE).
Devise process controls and data collection strategies to improve yield and reliability.
Communicate critical technical and business issues to management in a timely manner.
