Job summary

Celestica, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design, develop, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes that meet quality, cost and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers.

You will lead the end-to-end process development for new products, implement DFx tools to reduce cost and improve yield, and drive NPI through volume production with PFMEA and control plans.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and deploying manufacturing processes in EMS.
• Proven track record for final assembly and back-end processes.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturability and cost reduction.
• Experience with NPIs from prototype to volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and release of full manufacturing process for new products.
• Coordinate DFx, DFA/DFM feedback to product design teams.
• Develop PFMEA and production control plans.
• Set up and manage MES routing; drive lean improvements for yield.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
