Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering in Fort Worth, TX to lead the design, development, deployment and optimization of manufacturing processes. You will ensure quality, cost and delivery goals across customer products from concept through obsolescence.

Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, performing line balancing, capacity studies, and playbooks, and driving lean improvements while maintaining safe work areas and compliant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new customer-specific process development projects.
• Coordinate team and direct work assignments across full product lifecycle.
• Evaluate manufacturing impact for each design concept.
• Develop best practice standards and provide global training and support.
• Set yearly plans and evaluate department performance against KPIs.
• Maintain layout designs, line balancing, and capacity studies.
• Participate in process introductions and flowchart analysis.
• Ensure safe work areas and contribute to process improvements.
