Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers, spanning from concept to obsolescence.

You will drive customer-specific process development projects, develop fully costed manufacturing solutions, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across the product lifecycle. Travel may be required on occasion.

Qualifications

• 11 to 14 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer engagements.
• Experience developing costed manufacturing solutions for customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Drive cost, quality and delivery improvements for Celestica and customer products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer-specific projects.
• Develop technical scopes, assign work and resolve issues across product life cycle.
• Assess supplier capabilities and negotiate trade-offs for optimized solutions.
• Set annual department goals and provide performance feedback.
