Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead measurement and analysis of manufacturing processes, develop tooling, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvements across the end-to-end production line.

You will design layouts for efficiency, generate PFMEA and Control Plans, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable new products and onboard customers. Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 6+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma.
• Ability to mine data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Strong collaboration across functions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and analysis of manufacturing processes and develop tooling.
• Create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 6S, Lean and other methods.
• Support factory operations, resolve interruptions, and manage project schedules.
