Job summary

ZT Group Intl, Inc. dba ZT Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure quality compliance in the manufacturing process. The role involves supporting test and assembly teams, investigating quality issues, and leading audits of new products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment, combined with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Six Sigma tools. A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in high-mix, medium-volume hardware manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coaching engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Support System Test and assembly teams in quality investigation.
• Investigate causes of non-conformance issues.
• Lead pilot build audits for new SKUs.
