Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer III to join the Houston-based engineering team. You will design, build, and implement jigs, fixtures, and production tools to ensure CTF targets are met before parts reach the floor.

You will work with engineering, production, and estimating to drive lean improvements, standardize work, and improve manufacturability across projects in a make-to-order environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in development of fixtures & Jigs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production tasks and drawings to meet CTF metrics and create tools/fixtures/gauges.
• Lead implementation of new tools, fixtures, and gauges with production and quality.
• Identify opportunities for productivity, quality, material flow, safety, and cost improvements.
