TIDI Products is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production performance by analyzing processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and driving practical solutions on the floor. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment and can balance data-driven analysis with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• 3-5 years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Fluent in Windows-based operating systems.
• CAD: AutoCAD or SolidWorks or similar CAD system.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce scrap.
• Conduct time studies and review production data to identify bottlenecks.
• Plan and run experiments to improve process flow and output.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and equipment improvements with contractors.
• Troubleshoot and support industrial equipment with external help when needed.
