Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Operations Project Manager for Manufacturing in Baltimore to lead production execution and manage cost and schedule performance across Business Unit programs. This role interfaces with program management, engineering, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and successful outcomes.

The candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, mentor direct reports, and provide strategic leadership to achieve Manufacturing objectives. DoD clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Manufacturing/Engineering or related fields; or Master's with 6+ years; or PhD with 4+ years.
• At least 3 years of experience leading people and/or projects.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems; Control Account Management and EV experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production execution for Business Unit programs.
• Control Manufacturing cost and schedule performance.
• Lead for all proposals in the Business Unit.
• Build and lead teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Report Manufacturing status to Program Manager and executives.
