Job summary

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production environment or
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production
• Master's degree with 6 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production
• Excellent verbal communication with Technician staff, Manufacturing support personnel, Functional management, Program management and related groups
• Support customer proposals by providing basis of estimates (BOE) for labor and schedule durations
• Ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman policies and procedures for manufacturing environments
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Level Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate energetic mixing and casting operations while maintaining safety and quality objectives.
• Direct and coordinate activities to plan, manage, and control production schedules with Material Requirements Planning to meet production/delivery requirements.
• Oversee status of work in process, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure resources are available as needed.
• Maintain ownership of KPIs that drive process control, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Provide specific direction and training to employees to ensure operational success.
