Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an OPM Manager 2 in Baltimore, MD to lead manufacturing execution, cost management, and program governance. You will coordinate with PMs, engineering, suppliers, and customers to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a STEM field with extensive manufacturing or project management experience; SAP/MRP systems expertise is highly valued, along with Lean and EVMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, test, production, or related fields.
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles.
• PhD with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary manufacturing liaison to program management for development and execution of the manufacturing strategy.
• Manage production execution for Business Unit programs and cost/schedule performance.
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure all program and manufacturing objectives are achieved.
