Job summary

DCL America is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for emissions market products. You will lead a team, drive operational improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and delivery commitments across sites.

The role demands a track record in manufacturing excellence, CI, and strong leadership. You will collaborate with finance, marketing, and HR to align operations with business goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

10+ years in progressive leadership in manufacturing
Experience in welding and sheet metal fabrication preferred
Bachelor’s in Engineering; MBA preferred
Experience leading large site (100+ employees)
Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems; Epicor a strong asset
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
Lean manufacturing and CI initiatives experience (Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify and implement improvements to service levels, efficiency, and cost.
Lead operations team with a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Commercial and Engineering to improve customer satisfaction.
Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
Support budgeting, capital expenditures, and productivity initiatives.
Develop teammates and provide growth opportunities.
Evaluate and implement technology to improve operations.
