Confidential Global Company seeks an accomplished operations executive to lead a complex manufacturing environment. You will establish a long-term operating vision while staying hands-on with plant teams and processes to tackle performance challenges on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement, with a proven ability to influence at all levels from frontline staff to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, manufacturing, or related field.
• Ten or more years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and production systems.
• Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and achieving productivity targets.
• Understanding of safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels from frontline to executive.
