Job summary

CTS Corporation seeks an Operations Director for North America to lead regional manufacturing across multiple plants. The role focuses on safe, compliant, cost-effective, and customer-focused execution with a hands-on leadership style.

You will standardize processes, drive performance improvements, coach site leaders, and translate strategic priorities into measurable results, including capital and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• Minimum of 5 years multi-site operations leadership experience.
• Experience with P&L ownership, budgets, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NA manufacturing network with clear priorities and standard work.
• Own regional performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory.
• Partner with leadership to align operating plans with customer demand.
• Drive Lean deployment, visual management, and continuous improvement.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (approx. 35–50%).
